Reaching agreement with the team and stakeholders on what actions users could take in anonymous mode was difficult. At the same time, we needed to create effective content moderation tools and policies to manage user-generated content, making sure community standards were maintained without limiting freedom of expression.

Having completed three-quarters of the project, the client’s management team changed, along with their marketing team, which proposed new branding and redefined the target audience. These modifications significantly impacted the UI and front-end development, necessitating numerous adjustments to the design system to align with the client’s new vision.
